Choose Your Level: Reiki 1 • Reiki 2 • Reiki 3 Master • Fire Serpent Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice that supports relaxation, stress reduction, emotional balance, and overall mind-body wellness. In a Reiki course, you’re taught how to work with Reiki energy through intention, hand positions, and sacred techniques that help you support yourself and others. Reiki training is hands-on and experiential — you’ll learn, practice, and receive an attunement/activation (initiatory process) associated with your level of training. Reiki Level 1 (Beginner) Level 1 is focused on self-healing and the foundation of Reiki. You’ll learn what Reiki is, the origins/principles, how to work with energy safely, and how to give Reiki to yourself and others using basic hand positions. This is the level where most people begin feeling more connected, grounded, and confident with energy awareness. Best for: beginners, self-care, personal healing, parents/caregivers, wellness practitioners adding Reiki to their toolbox. Reiki Level 2 (Practitioner Level) Level 2 is where Reiki deepens and becomes more structured for offering sessions. You’ll learn Reiki symbols and how to work with them for focused intention and energy support — including the symbol commonly used for distance Reiki, which is why many people notice a big expansion at this level. Best for: people ready to practice professionally (or more consistently), deeper emotional/mental support work, and anyone who wants to learn distance Reiki skills. Reiki Level 3 (Master Level) Level 3 (Master) is advanced training that strengthens your connection, deepens your practice, and introduces master-level techniques. Many Reiki Master paths also include learning how to hold space at a higher level and, in teacher tracks/lineages, how to pass attunements and train others. Best for: dedicated practitioners, those called to mastery/leadership, and anyone wanting the deepest training and energetic development. Fire Serpent (Advanced Add-On / Mastery Tool) Fire Serpent is an advanced Tibetan-style Reiki symbol/technique that is often taught at higher levels and used for grounding, “sealing”/integrating energy, chakra alignment, and energetic clearing, and is sometimes used to prepare the energy body before or during attunements.
