Rebecca, BA, RMT (CEO)

Rebecca isn’t just a coach, she’s a transformational force.
She guides people through the messy middle of life and into alignment with who they truly are—emotionally, spiritually, and practically.
A mother of three and a survivor of sexual, mental, physical, and emotional abuse, Rebecca is living proof that reclaiming your life is possible no matter where you’re starting from. With a background as a Medical Technologist, she also understands what happens when systems treat symptoms while ignoring root causes.
As an Inner-Healing Life Coach and founder of Mending Zenful Minds, Rebecca supports individuals in peeling back layers, confronting shadow patterns, and rebuilding their lives from a place of inner clarity and strength. Her work helps clients break survival cycles, regulate emotions, release financial and identity blocks, and return to self-trust.
After years of survival mode: 16-hour shifts, school, motherhood, and untreated trauma Rebecca turned to the medical system for help and encountered misdiagnoses, neglect, and life-threatening experiences. Those moments became a turning point. She chose a different path: one rooted in wholeness, natural healing, and personal power.
Today, Rebecca is certified in Reiki, sound therapy, and life coaching, and her work is now offered primarily through virtual coaching programs, group experiences, and speaking engagements with integrative wellness sessions available as supportive add-ons. Her clients experience real shifts: emotional regulation, mindset expansion, spiritual reconnection, confidence, and clarity that translates into action.
Rebecca doesn’t pretend to have it all figured out she walks beside her clients, holds a mirror to their truth, and offers tools that create lasting transformation.
This isn’t surface-level self-help. This is deep, intentional reinvention.
